One of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and professional environment — this is not the place. The facility was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, and the owner was both unprofessional and rude. I was asked to pay before the service, which is unusual for a massage. I paid by card and left a small $5 tip upfront since I hadn’t yet received the service. I also had $10 cash ready to give afterward depending on the quality of the massage. As I was walking out, the owner looked at my receipt and said, “Does this say $5?” When I confirmed, she replied, “Yeah, maybe next time you can tip more for an hour service.” Not only was that completely inappropriate, but it was also incredibly unprofessional. A tip should always reflect the quality of service — not be demanded or questioned. Between the lack of cleanliness and the disrespectful behavior, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
